Bài thi IELTS Writing 24/10/2020 đã ra dạng đề Maps – so sánh 2 layouts của một trường đại học hiện tại và tương lai. Để đảm bảo tính real time và các bạn có cái nhìn chân thực về một bài luận Band 7, mình không trau chuốt quá nhiều cho bài này. Bài mẫu này cũng hơi dài, do mình cố tình mô tả đầy đủ để các bạn có thể học thêm các cấu trúc mô tả Maps luôn. Khi vào thi thì các bạn có thể linh hoạt lược bớt một vài đặc điểm để viết bài cho kịp giờ.
Bài viết này có thể đạt ít nhất IELTS writing band 7 và điểm IELTS Writing của mình hiện tại là 8.0. Các bạn tham khảo nhé.

The pictures below show the building of a college and the plan for changes to the college site in the future.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.
Bài mẫu Writing Band 7 dạng Maps
The illustrations depict the current layout of a college building and a plan for renovation by the end of 2020.
Overall, this college will undergo radical transformations both in its interior structure and the surrounding space, such as the increased number of classrooms, the relocation of the library and reception, and the disappearance of the garden and footpaths.
To the west of the college, car park expansion will result in the demolition of the two footpaths along the western and northern sides of this building. Another significant point worth noticing in the north is that the garden will also be totally torn down to make way for further developments, including a shop, more toilets and classrooms. The bus stop will be kept unchanged.
Looking at the interior layout designs, there will have been a row of classrooms arranged along the east of the building by 2020. While the cafeteria area will remain the same, the library will be moved to the opposite corner and the reception will be placed in the centre of the building in the southern hall, right next to the new entrance which will also be moved to the south, looking out the main road. Toilets will still be quite a long walk straight from the main entrance but they will have been located in the north instead by the end of this year.
